ZP100系列旋轉式壓片機

ZP100旋轉式壓片機是系列化產品，能廣泛應用于制藥食品等行業(yè)壓制各種規(guī)格的圓形和異形片劑。特別適應于中藥片劑。

ZP100 Rotary Tablet Press is a serial product widely used for pharmaceutical, food industry to produce all kinds of round tablets and irredgular tablets. It is especially suitable for chinese herb
tablets.

1）符合藥品生產和質量管理的G M P標
準。壓片室與傳動機構分開，壓片室無任何油漆，與藥品接觸的零部件均采用不銹鋼或經表面特殊處理，無毒耐腐蝕；壓片區(qū)域表面光滑，易于清潔。
2）有連續(xù)集中潤滑系統(tǒng)，使傳動系統(tǒng)，
道軌和主要磨擦部位得到充分的潤滑，噪聲和磨損減少，使維修保養(yǎng)費用大大低。
3）壓力、片厚、充填、速度調節(jié)手輪，
各類指示燈、表牌、按鈕均設在同一向，觀察、操作方便。
4）Z P100系列旋轉式壓片機采用組合
設計，結構緊湊，每種型號9 0%以上的機
件可以與系列中的其他型號通用，便于易
損備件的管理和更換；模具采用I P T標準。（ZPY134使用ZP標準沖模）
5）采用變頻調速裝置進行電器調節(jié)，操
作方便，轉動平穩(wěn)，安全準確。

1）This series meets the GMP standard, Pressing chamber is utterly separated with the gear system There is no any paint in the chamber The parts contacing with tablets are made of stainless steel or the surface of thoes parts are specially handled. The
parts are poisonousless and rotten-resistant. The chamber is also sealed with or ganic glass to prevent pollution.
2）The gear system, the trach and the major friction parts are fully lubricated by the continual and concentrated lubrication device of the ZP100.
3）It's very convenient to observe, operate the pressure, thickness, feeding,speed adjustable hａnd wheels and all kinds of buttons, indicating lights and indicators are at the same side.
4）The design of ZP100 series is reasonable. Most of parts are universal in this series. So it's easy to manage and change the spare parts The punch and dies meet the IPT standard. (ZPY134 adopts the ZP type standard tooling.)
5）The speed adjustment of the driver is controlled by the frequency conversion device.
