本機是一種雙壓式自動旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片
的機器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種片劑。
它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適
用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。

This machine is a double-press type continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in
pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.

1）外圍罩殼為全封閉式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，能保持表面光澤及防止交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
2）裝有透明防護罩可以清楚的觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，側(cè)面板能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。
3）所有控制器和操作件均布局合理，采用人機界面變頻調(diào)速裝置進行電氣調(diào)速和反逆轉(zhuǎn)。
4）操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，安全準確。實行機電一體化，采用觸摸屏PLC控制及操作。
5）傳動系統(tǒng)密閉在機器主體下方油箱中，是分隔的獨立部件，亦不會互相污染，易散熱且耐磨。
6）機器裝有吸塵裝置，能將壓制室內(nèi)飛揚的粉塵吸收干凈。
7）本機壓力大，能適應(yīng)各類大、小片及難成型片劑的生產(chǎn)，是片劑生產(chǎn)Z理想的設(shè)備。

5）Transmission system in the machine body sealing below, is completely separated tank of independent components, no pollution, and other heat resistant.
6）Machines equipped with aspiration device, can be suppressed indoor flying dust absorption clean.
7）The pressure, can adapt to all kinds of large and small pieces and difficult molding tablets, is the ideal equipment for producing the pill.
