          ZP35A ZP35B旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機(jī)
           
           
          本機(jī)是一種雙壓式自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片
          的機(jī)器，將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種片劑。
          它主要用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)適
          用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。
          		This machine is a double-press type continuous
          automatic tablet press for pressing granular
          raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in
          pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical,
          food, electronic industries.
           
           
           
          1）外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用
          不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺(tái)面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)表
          面經(jīng)過特殊處理，能保持表面光澤與防止
          交叉污染，符合GMP要求。
          2）裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察
          壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部
          清理和保養(yǎng)。
          3）PLC控制和人機(jī)界面觸摸屏操控，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。
          4）采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，
          操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。
          5 ） 所有的傳動(dòng)裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)
          部，保持機(jī)件清潔。
          6）采用電子式?jīng)_模過載保護(hù)裝置，代替液壓系統(tǒng)，避免了油污染。
          7 ） 配有過載保護(hù)裝置， 當(dāng)壓力過載
          時(shí)，能自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
          8）本機(jī)配有安全保護(hù)裝置，運(yùn)行時(shí)也
          能調(diào)整與操作。
          9）沖?？膳cZP19、ZP33等壓片機(jī)通用。
          10）ZP35B是ZP35A的改進(jìn)型產(chǎn)品增加
          了預(yù)壓, 特別適用于中藥片劑。
          		1）The outside part of the machine is fully-enclosed, The material of the cover and the inside babble face is stainless steel. The turret face is specially disposed keeping the luster of the face and prevent the cross pollution, meeting the G.M.P requirement.
          2）It has transparent windows so that press condition can be observed clearly and the window can be opened.
          3）PLC control and touch screen man-machine interface control, the operation is simple and convenient.
          4）The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
          5）The speed adjustment of the driver is controlledby the frequency conversion device.
          6）Using electronic die overload protection device, instead of the hydraulic system, avoid the oil pollution7）The hydraulic system can assure the stable of thesystem.
          8）A overload protection unit is included in the system  to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus,
          when overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
          9）This machine also has safety protection device wich can be adjusted and operated when running.
          10）The punches and dies are also applicable to
          Model ZP19 ZP33.
          11）ZP35B is an improved version of ZP35A with addional faction of recompression. Especially suitable   forhinese traditional medicine.
