Three Way Ball ValvesSeries is a carbon and stainless steel ball valve that is a versatile small size (3/8" to 1-1/2") multiport ball valve. It consists of a heavy duty center section that can be furnished with bolted-on screwed ends for a valve rated to Class 400, or with flanged ends for either a Class 150 or Class 300 valve. It can also be furnished with bolted on socket or butt weld ends. All body gaskets are Teflon, eliminating concerns about elastomer compatibility with the operating fluid. The valve features four seats for equal seat loading. The unique live-loaded cup-and-cone lower primary stem seal-thrust bearing separates the dynamic bearing and static sealing functions. In addition, there is a multiple v-ring upper secondary stem seal.
- Sizes 3/8" through 1-1/2" full port, and 1/2" through 2" standard port for optimal flow
- Heavy duty body construction to ANSI Class 400
- Optional ball and body patterns for various flow paths give extremely versatile valve design for diversion, mixing or blending
- Available in side or bottom entry design
- Wide choice of end caps for welding, threaded, flanged or other end connections
- Built-in ISO 5211 mounting pad for easy automation
- Blow-out proof stem with superior sealing arrangement and anti-static devices between ball and stem
