Hydro-pneumatic ball valves are commonly selected for long-distance transportation pipelines of purified gas & coal gas,they serve as open/close devices or emergent shut-off devices(with emergent shut-off system). This type of valves is self-powered and no need for additional power supply;by means of fluid pressure,valves opening or closing is performed.
hydro-pneumatic ball valves include two models:hydro-pneumatic ball valves with emergent shut-off devices and hydro-pneumatic ball valves without emergent shut-off devices.

Actuators:
1.Without emergent shut-off devices
This model of valves is self-powered by means of fluid pressure. When theres no pressure in pipeline,valves open/closs is performed by distributing pressure oil in gas/liquid cylinder into actuators oil cylinder with manual oil pump;or alternatively,with power tank (optional):gas pressure fromm power tank serves as power supply. Remote control (optional) is avaliable on request.
2.With emergent shut-off devices
Like ball valve without emergent shut-off device,this model of ball valves is also self-powered by means of fluid pressure. Manual oil pump or gas pressure in power tank may serve as power supply when theres no pressure in pipeline. In the event the downstream pipe is broken,the pressure inside pipeline is consequently lowered down,when depressurization speed reaches the set value,the valve is automaticcally closed to prevent volumes of leakage.
