一、概述Outline
DJ（D/S）D型精小型氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)（切斷）蝶閥是由氣動(dòng)活塞式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和硬（軟）密封蝶閥組成，屬旋轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)節(jié)或切斷蝶閥。QJD（S）D型為軟密封蝶閥，QJD（S）DY型為硬密封蝶閥。
氣動(dòng)蝶閥以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，借助電氣閥門定位器（或電磁閥）對(duì)閥門實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)調(diào)節(jié)（或位式控制）。
該產(chǎn)品閥座為浮動(dòng)式，具有自動(dòng)對(duì)準(zhǔn)中心的功能，閥板為圓錐形，雙向偏心安裝。閥門關(guān)閉時(shí)，閥板帶動(dòng)閥座運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到*密封。閥門開(kāi)啟時(shí)，立即脫開(kāi)接觸，有效防止閥座磨損。
氣動(dòng)執(zhí)行器機(jī)構(gòu)采用可靠高效的新型AGT系列雙活塞執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，能為閥門提供可靠的力矩，使閥門能按控制要求達(dá)到規(guī)定位置。
該產(chǎn)品具有結(jié)構(gòu)輕巧簡(jiǎn)單，流量系數(shù)大，操作使用方便，壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于各行業(yè)的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中做調(diào)節(jié)或位式控制。
DJ （D / S） D-type fine small pneumatic control （off） valve is a pneumatic piston actuator and a hard （soft） seal butterfly valve, is a spin off valve or regulator. QJD （S） D-type soft sealing butterfly valve, QJD （S） DY-type for the hard seal butterfly valve.
Pneumatic valve with compressed air as power source, with electric positioner （or solenoid valve） to achieve a continuous adjustment of the valve （or bit control）.
The product is floating seat with automatic centering function, the valve plate is conical, two-way eccentric installation. Valve is closed, the valve plate driving seat movement, to achieve the best seal. Valve is turned on, immediay torn off contact, to effectively prevent valve seat wear.
Pneumatic actuator body using a new reliable and efficient AGT series dual piston actuator, the valve can provide a reliable torque, the valve can control requirements according to the required position.
The product is lightweight and simple in structure, flow coefficient, easy operation, long life, etc., are widely used in various industries to do the automatic control system adjust or position control.
