螺旋板式換熱器產(chǎn)品詳細(xì)信息：

(1)總傳熱系數(shù)高。由于流體在螺旋通道中流動(dòng)，在較低的雷諾值下即可達(dá)到湍流，并且可選用較高的流速，故總傳熱系數(shù)較大。
(2)不易堵塞。由于流體的流速較高，流體中懸浮物不易沉積下來(lái)，并且任何沉積物將減小單流道的橫斷面，因而使速度增大，對(duì)堵塞區(qū)域又起到?jīng)_刷作用，故螺旋板換熱器不易被堵塞。
(3)能利用低溫?zé)嵩春途芸刂茰囟?。這是由于流體流動(dòng)的流道長(zhǎng)及兩流體逆流的緣故。
(4)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。單位體積的傳熱面積為列管換熱器的3倍。

Due to the high flow velocity of the fluid, the suspended matter in the fluid is not easily deposited, and any deposit will reduce the cross section of the single flow passage, thereby increasing the velocity and scouring the blocked region, so the spiral plate heat exchanger Not easy to be blocked.
(3) It can utilize low temperature heat source and precise temperature control. This is due to the long flow path of the fluid flow and the complete backflow of the two fluids.
(4) Compact structure. The heat transfer area per unit volume is three times that of the tube heat exchanger.
