GE118-A Micor-Computer Real Time Monitoring Copy And High-Speed Warping Machine

GE118-A型實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控烤貝高速整經(jīng)機(jī)為新開(kāi)發(fā)的高性能整經(jīng)設(shè)備。本機(jī)沒(méi)置了高品質(zhì)的閉環(huán)張力控制系統(tǒng)（P1D）,保證紗片總張力的恒定和精確。本機(jī)的微電腦控制系統(tǒng)能在整經(jīng)過(guò)程中連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)益以直徑并安時(shí)進(jìn)行張力控制，保正成組盤(pán)頭的直徑（外周長(zhǎng)）及米長(zhǎng)一致。

GE118-A Warp i ng mach i ne i s a new developed mach i ne with good funct i on. The warper has a closed ci rcuit tens i on (PID)to sure of the eternally fixed and accurate of the yarn. The micro-computer real-time monitoring system can detect beam's diameters in succession and regulate the tension at a I I t ime to make sure that d iameters of a set of beams are equal.

Main Features

1、根據(jù)母盤(pán)頭的樣本，拷貝成組參數(shù)相同的盤(pán)頭。

2、電腦實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)盤(pán)頭的直徑、米長(zhǎng)和圈數(shù)，保證成組盤(pán)頭直徑（外周長(zhǎng)）及米長(zhǎng)一致。

3、張力羅拉實(shí)施PID閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)張力，保證紗線張力平穩(wěn)。

4、計(jì)算精度高，具有報(bào)警功能。

5、聯(lián)機(jī)修正整經(jīng)參數(shù)，母盤(pán)頭可以修正整經(jīng)長(zhǎng)度，子盤(pán)頭可以修整外周長(zhǎng)和米長(zhǎng)。

6、盤(pán)頭裝卸由氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器，羅拉制動(dòng)米用電動(dòng)制動(dòng)器。

7、主軸制定采用氣動(dòng)制動(dòng)器，羅拉制動(dòng)采用電動(dòng)制動(dòng)器。

8、操作靈活方便，可以進(jìn)行模擬盤(pán)頭配制。
