一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹

Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

將需要造粒的主料和輔料按合適的比例和配方加入到該設(shè)備的攪拌容器內(nèi)，粉體物料和粘結(jié)劑在圓筒形容器中由底部混合槳經(jīng)過(guò)高速充分混合后，形成濕潤(rùn)軟材，然后由側(cè)置的高速粉碎槳切割成均勻的濕顆粒，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了造粒的目的。該設(shè)備也可以選配真空干燥和輔助系統(tǒng)設(shè)備來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)一步到位，直接獲得成品。

該設(shè)備尤其適用于輕質(zhì)細(xì)粉物料的造粒。細(xì)粉物料微粒越細(xì)，經(jīng)造粒后顆粒的球形度越高，成球質(zhì)量越好，一般要求物料造粒前的粒度應(yīng)小于200目為宜。主要應(yīng)用的領(lǐng)域有：制藥產(chǎn)品、食品和飼料、陶瓷產(chǎn)品、塑料、橡膠、輪胎、聚合物和樹(shù)脂、生化產(chǎn)品、化學(xué)品及化肥、香水、色素和染料、蔬菜和植物提取物、芳香物、糧食產(chǎn)品等。

The major and auxiliary materials for pelleting are added in the stirred vessel of this equipment as per proper proportion and formula; the powder materials and binder are fully mixed at the bottom of cylindrical vessel by mixing blade at high speed to form the wet non-rigidmaterial, and then cut into even wet granule by high-speed crushing blade set on the side, thus to realize the pelleting purpose. This equipment may be provided with vacuum drying and auxiliary system to produce the finished product in one step.

The equipment is particularly applicable to the pelleting of light fine materials. The finer fine materials may result in high sphericility and good pelletization quality after the pelleting. In general, the particle size of material is proper to be less than 200 meshes. This equipment is mainly applied in the pharmaceutical product, food and feed, ceramic product, plastic, rubber, tire, polymer and resin, biochemical product, chemicals and fertilizer, perfume, pigment and dye, vegetables and plant extracts, aromatic substance, and food products.

二、特點(diǎn)

Characteristics

1.動(dòng)態(tài)化造粒，成粒近似球形，流動(dòng)性好。

2.每次干混2分鐘，造粒1-4分鐘，效率高。

3.在同一封閉容器內(nèi)完成混合、潤(rùn)濕、制粒，粉塵外泄少，一次實(shí)現(xiàn)干混-濕混-制粒,工藝縮減,符合GMP規(guī)范。

4.操作簡(jiǎn)單，易于清洗，混合速度可調(diào)（據(jù)需要）。

5.采用PLC可編程控制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化、信息化操作。

1. The dynamic pelleting produces near-sphericalgranule and good mobility.

2. Only 2min and 1-4min are required for each dry mixing and pelleting respectively, resulting in high efficiency.

3. The mixing, wetting and pelleting are completed in one sealed container with little dust discharged, realizing the dry mixing-wet mixing-pelleting in one step with reduced process steps, and complying with GMP codes.

4. It is also featured by simple operation, easy to clean and adjustable mixing speed (as required).

5. The PLCprogrammable control is adopted to realize the intelligent and information operation.
