當(dāng)被測量壓力作用于彈簧管時(shí)，其末端產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的彈性變形位移，經(jīng)傳動機(jī)構(gòu)放大后，由指示裝置在度盤上指示出來，同時(shí)指針帶動電接點(diǎn)裝置的活動觸動點(diǎn)與設(shè)定指針的觸頭（上限及下限）相接觸的瞬時(shí)，致使控制系統(tǒng)中接通或斷開電路，以達(dá)到自控制和發(fā)信報(bào)警的目的。
在電接點(diǎn)裝置的電接觸信號針上，裝有可調(diào)節(jié)的磁鋼，可以增加接點(diǎn)吸力，加快接觸動作，從而使觸點(diǎn)接觸可靠，消除電弧，能有效地避免儀表由于工作環(huán)境振動或介質(zhì)壓力脈動造成觸點(diǎn)的頻繁關(guān)斷。所以該儀表具有動作可靠，使用壽命長，觸點(diǎn)開關(guān)功率較大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 | The meter make of the test system, note setting, magnet electric point setting, shield, control and joint box.
