固相萃取儀是利用固體吸附劑將液體樣品中的目標化合物吸附,與樣品的基體和干擾化合物分離,然后再用洗脫液洗脫或加熱解吸附,達到分離和富集目標化合物的目的（即樣品的分離，凈化和富集），目的在于降低樣品基質(zhì)干擾，提高檢測靈敏度，其應用于各類食品安全檢測、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品殘留監(jiān)控、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、環(huán)境保護、商品檢驗、自來水及化工生產(chǎn)實驗室。

真空槽其壁厚均勻故可承受-0.096Mpa以上的高負壓，長期高壓使用不變形。
