搖擺篩的設(shè)計(jì)是為了滿足大產(chǎn)量，高密度篩分的廠家而特殊設(shè)計(jì)的一種高效篩分機(jī)，簡單的篩分是雙眼注視雙手篩分。搖擺篩分機(jī)就是對此的機(jī)械模擬，它是目前有效的模擬了人工篩分運(yùn)動的有效原理(篩分精度、效率、篩網(wǎng)壽命均是常規(guī)圓篩的5-10倍).適合所有精細(xì)和超細(xì)范圍的粉末以及特別難以處理的物料的篩分。
⊕ 特點(diǎn)
高達(dá)5倍的單位面積產(chǎn)出;精確到6級分離，篩分效率高達(dá)90%-95%;使用硅橡膠球、超聲波等高效清網(wǎng)裝置系統(tǒng)，篩孔不會堵塞。密閉除塵，操作安全;加速度比振動篩低4.5倍，篩分零件壽命提高而維護(hù)減少;噪聲<75分貝。優(yōu)化重理均衡，地基動態(tài)負(fù)荷低。
⊕ 工作原理
l 基本的回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動與人工篩分相類似。偏心率從25到40mm可調(diào)，低速V型皮帶驅(qū)動從120到360rpm可調(diào)
l 每一種產(chǎn)品的停留時間可以通過搖擺篩的徑向與切角朝驅(qū)動軸線方向進(jìn)行調(diào)整
l 因此建立水平與拋擲三維翻滾運(yùn)動。物料從中心到外緣在整個篩面上均勻分散，從而以螺旋運(yùn)動往軸向傳播。細(xì)小顆粒從而完成了整個篩分過程。
l 水平與垂直加速度隨著粒子的運(yùn)動而增加，接近篩孔尺寸的顆粒隨之成功分離;較大顆粒被運(yùn)到出口處，出口處由一個可調(diào)節(jié)的導(dǎo)向裝置控制流量，該導(dǎo)向裝置是控制物料停留時間的另一個因素。

Tumbler screen
Tumbler screen is an efficient sieving machine which is designed to meet the large output, high-density sieving of the manufacturers. The simplest sieving is hａnd sieving by eye. This is mechanically simulated by the tumbler screen, which takes the most effective simulation of the artificial sieving movement (sieving precision, efficiency, sieve life is 5-10 times than usual sieving machine).Tumbler screens are suitable for all powders and granular materials in the fine and ultra fine range , especially for materials which are difficult to sieve.
Features
Up to 5 times output per unit area; accurate to 6 Level separation, sieving efficiency is as high as 90% -95%; when using the silicone rubber balls, ultrasonic and other high-performance mesh-cleaning device system, the mesh hole will not be blocked. whole sealing structure design, safety operation; the acceleration is 4.5 times lower than vibrating sieve, sieving parts’ increases the life expectancy and reduces maintenance; noise<75 dB. Re-optimization is balanced, ground-based dynamic load is low.
⊕ Working Principle
l Basic rotary motion is similar to hａnd screening .The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, low-speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm
l Each product’ dwell time can be adjusted in a radial and tangential angle ,towards the drive axis.
l Therefore, establishing the horizontal and throwing three-dimensional rolling movement, materials are evenly dispersed on the entire sieve surface from the center to the outer edge, and thus spread towards the axis by spiral movement. Small particles are then finished in the whole sieving process.
l The horizontal and vertical acceleration are increased with the movement of the particles, and then the particles which are close to mesh size will be successfully separated; The larger particles are transported to the exit, the flow can be controlled by a regulated oriented device at the exit, the oriented device is another factor which controls the dwell time of the materials.
l The process is repeated in each layer.
