機柜頂裝散熱風扇
豐特力電氣柜頂裝風扇是一款新型的電氣柜專用頂裝散熱產(chǎn)品，根據(jù)熱氣上升冷氣下沉的原理設(shè)計。柜內(nèi)的熱氣集中在柜內(nèi)頂部，此時采用頂部抽出的方式效果更加明顯。
n 頂裝風扇體積小、重量輕，采用高性能、工業(yè)級的球心軸承風機，風量高達1000m3/h，短時間內(nèi)就可以*降低電氣柜內(nèi)部溫度；還可以根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計配置更大風量的電氣柜頂裝散熱風扇；
n 通過迷宮屋頂式外形既能防雨又能防止其他外來機械式損傷，加上自帶密封框的特點，防護等級按EN60529可達到IP33；通過在柜體下部配置不同的過濾器達到的空氣流量；
n 安裝非常簡單，只需在柜頂開個方孔，緊固好隨附的四個螺絲即可；
n 整套安裝只有一個過濾器，維護更加簡單，電氣柜頂裝散熱風扇特別適用于高溫、環(huán)境十分惡劣、要求苛刻的場合；
n 根據(jù)目前電氣柜所使用的側(cè)裝式散熱風扇，風量小，在體積較大的電氣柜往往需要安裝多個進行散熱，而此時豐特力頂裝式散熱風扇一個就可以取代多個側(cè)面散熱風扇，不但為工程師減低了工作量，還為用戶節(jié)省了投入。
