          2L-LIC-D is the Digital Level Indicating Controller built in a Micom Chip, it can check the indicating value as setting High/Low level alarm and Auto Feeding/Drainage for various kinds of tanks as Digital Mode.  It is the Resistance Input (0~300Ω) Type of level controller built in the function isolating a contact output in case of the line disconnecting or the abnormal condition of sensor.

          Composed easy to control and set-up, it is manufactured to operate strongly against the power noise or the induction of sensor line, etc.

          When pressing a Mode upon setting up, LED Lamp lights in order;LO-AL>START>STOP>HI-AL

          Indicating meter for 4-20mA use should be connected with a sensor by Series Mode (Line Resistance 700ΩMAX)

           

          Regulate 0-99%, adjusting SPAN and ZERO inside of a Sensor Head

          Fill the existence of pressure such as non-pressure tank, pressure tank(less than 5 kg) according to the classes of tanks and separate entry is required if temperature is high (more than 80℃).  (Special order in case of more than 5K)

          There are two types; Flange and Screw type.  In case of a Flange type, it should use with 3″(80Φ)4″(100Φ), In case of a Screw type, 2″(50Φ) socket should be welded to a tank.

          Separate order is required for special chemicals and high temperature use.

          As Gear-type sensor hasn't the height of ceiling,  it is ordered and manufactured as a Gear-type when sensor isn't able to put in a tank.

          Refer to the Gear-Type in the tail of 35~36 page

          Temperature should be less than 80℃ only (Oil, Water, etc).

          Special order is required for the chemicals tank such Hydrochloric acid, Sulphuric acid

           

           

           

           

           

           

           

           

           [Attention!] Never use to a Pressure tank

          As Flexible-type sensor hasn't the height of ceiling, it is ordered and manufactured as a Flexible-type when sensor isn't able to put in a tank.

          In the lower part of sensor, the stain weight is an one-touch fitting.  Simple to put a hose in (50mm/m socket-type).

          When handling a sensor, Put a stain weight in first and continue to put with care while remaining a sensor as the original position. (Be careful not to be bent)

          When delivering, deliver as a fixed position to the handling frame (PVC Pipe) and Do not give an impulse or throw.  (It can be the reason of damage)

          Temperature should be less than 80℃ only (Oil, Water, etc)

           

          [Attention!] Never use to a Pressure tank.
