三、整體的不銹鋼材質(zhì)，可防止腐蝕破壞。
四、短結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)度，可節(jié)省原料、安裝空間，也有效支持管道強(qiáng)度。
五、科學(xué)上的密封填料函設(shè)計(jì)，使上密封安全有效，經(jīng)久耐用。
六、三角形的支架節(jié)省原材料，保證需要的力學(xué)性能。
七、閥體上的導(dǎo)向塊使閘板正確運(yùn)動(dòng)。擠壓塊保證閘板有效密封。

刀型閘閥采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
一、閥門設(shè)計(jì)制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：jb/t8691、mss sp-81。
二、結(jié)構(gòu)長(zhǎng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：gb/t15188.2、tappi tis405.8。
三、法蘭標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：jb79、ansi b16.5。
四、檢驗(yàn)試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：gb13927、mss sp-81、jb/t8691。
閥門選購(gòu)須知
一、 用戶選購(gòu)時(shí)，必須注明閥門公稱通徑、壓力及閥門連接所需標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，未注明時(shí)，以說明書尺寸給予制造。
二、 所需閥門如有特殊要求，必須注明特殊尺寸、特殊材質(zhì)等各項(xiàng)參數(shù)，未注明，以企業(yè)規(guī)定材質(zhì)給予制造。
三、 閥門驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置無特別說明，以本公司規(guī)定給予配置。
四、 用戶提供閥門使用介質(zhì)、溫度、壓力的，本公司則以給予選型。
使用說明
一、 用戶在安裝閥門前必須校對(duì)閥門型號(hào)、連接尺寸及注意介質(zhì)流向，保證與閥門要求*性。
二、 用戶在安裝閥門時(shí)，必須彌留閥門驅(qū)動(dòng)的必要空間。
三、 驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的接線須按線路圖進(jìn)行。
四、 閥門必須定期保養(yǎng)，不得隨意碰撞及擠壓，以免影響密封。

1、 when purchasing ，customers must give clear indication of nominal diameter of valve, nominal pressure and connection standard。 if no indication, we may manufacture products according to qualification.
2、 if the demanded valve has special requirements，users should indicate special size ，special material etc .if no indication, we will manufacture products according to the stated material of enterprise.
3、if driving actuator of valve without special specification, equip it according to the company specification.
4、the medium ,temperature and pressure of the valve provided by users, the subjected company will se-lect the model.
use manual
1、 before installing valves, user must check the model, connection dimension, and flowing direction of the medium to ensure in accordance with the valve requirements.
2、 when installing valves , users should remain some needed space for driving valve.
3、 the driving actuator connect should according to circuit diagram.
4、 valve should be maintained timely, should not do any collision and extrusion randomly in case it affects seal.
