高低溫試驗機(jī)
用途：高低溫試驗機(jī)適用于航空航天產(chǎn)品、信息電子儀器儀表、材料、電工、電子產(chǎn)品、各種電子元氣件在高低溫環(huán)境下、檢驗其各項性能指標(biāo)。
產(chǎn)品特點：
u 內(nèi)箱材質(zhì)采用進(jìn)口SUS304#鏡面不銹鋼，外箱為鋼板加烤漆，箱體采用數(shù)控機(jī)床加工成形，造形美觀大方。保溫材料采用高強度PU發(fā)泡與高密度之玻璃纖維棉，可避免不必要的能量損失。
u 超大視窗玻璃設(shè)計，*觀看視角；中空鍍電熱膜防結(jié)露設(shè)計，內(nèi)置照明燈，方便在試驗中實時觀察測試品狀態(tài)。
u 大尺寸LCD顯示熒幕，操作簡單，程式編輯容易。
u 具有PID自動演算功能，具故障訊息顯示。
u 具RS-232通訊界面，可選配記錄器，可充性強。
u 具備時序接點，可配合動態(tài)及量測試驗。
u 具全系統(tǒng)多重安全保護(hù)及停電記憶之功能。
u 冷凍機(jī)采用法國*鐵甲武士壓縮機(jī)，并使用環(huán)保冷媒（R134a、R404a、R23）
u 冷凍系統(tǒng)采用單元或二元式低溫回路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。
u 利用多翼式送風(fēng)機(jī)強力送風(fēng)循環(huán)，避免任何死角，可使測試區(qū)內(nèi)溫濕度分布均勻。
u 風(fēng)路循環(huán)采用側(cè)吹出風(fēng)回風(fēng)設(shè)計、風(fēng)壓、風(fēng)速皆符合試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并可使開門瞬間溫濕度回穩(wěn)時間快。
u 升溫、降溫系統(tǒng)*獨立可提高效率，降低測試成本，增長壽命，減低故障率。
