雙軸剪切式撕碎機(jī)是通過剪切、撕裂和擠壓減小物料尺寸的，本產(chǎn)品適用于難以破碎的塑料、橡膠、大型輪胎、大型尼龍料、膠頭料、纖維、紙張、木材、電器件、電路板等原料的處理。該設(shè)備具有剪切力大、撕碎效果好，噪音小、穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn)。
溫馨提示：當(dāng)原料含鐵量較大時(shí)，推薦使用H13材質(zhì)的刀片，其余原料采用55SiCr材質(zhì)的刀片即可！
Product introduction
Biaxial shear shredder reduces the size of materials by cutting, tearing and extruding. This product is applicable to the processing of raw materials such as plastic, rubber, large tire, large nylon material, rubber head material, fiber, paper, wood, electrical parts, circuit board, etc. which are hard to be broken. The equipment has the characteristics of high shearing force, good tearing effect, low noise and good stability.
Warm tip: when the iron content of raw material is large, H13 blade is recommended, and 55sicr blade is recommended for other raw materials!

雙軸撕碎機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)：
1、雙軸撕碎機(jī)使用厚重動(dòng)刀，破碎效率高，而且它的刀具采用合金鋼鑄造，堅(jiān)固，并且使用壽命長。
2、框架板材厚，可抗高扭矩，堅(jiān)固耐久。
3、采用微電腦（PLC）自動(dòng)控制，設(shè)啟動(dòng)、停止、反轉(zhuǎn)及超載自動(dòng)反轉(zhuǎn)控制功能多樣。
4、具有低轉(zhuǎn)速、大轉(zhuǎn)矩、低噪音、粉塵少的特點(diǎn)。

撕碎機(jī)使用與保養(yǎng)說明：
1、試車起動(dòng)前要嚴(yán)格檢查機(jī)器各部位安裝是否符合要求，螺釘螺栓是否松動(dòng)，可用手輕拉皮帶試轉(zhuǎn)，是否有碰殼等現(xiàn)象。同時(shí)檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，嚴(yán)禁粉碎易燃、易爆物品，以免發(fā)生事故。
2、生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)保持均勻下料以保障粉碎質(zhì)量和正常生產(chǎn)，同時(shí)嚴(yán)禁電機(jī)過載，以保障機(jī)器正常運(yùn)行。
3、除經(jīng)常注意檢查各部位緊固松動(dòng)外，同時(shí)應(yīng)該注意檢查易損件的磨損情況，如磨損嚴(yán)重應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，以免損壞主要部件，并采取必要的防火措施。
4、由于轉(zhuǎn)速較高，除安裝正確牢固外，同時(shí)應(yīng)保持良好的潤滑，以保持機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。一般情況下軸承溫度不超過70度為正常。主機(jī)軸承每周加一次黃油、二硫化鉬，高速黃油效果比較好。
