[ 主要特點 ]
SG型三足式離心機為手動刮刀下部卸料、間歇操作的過濾式離心機。適合分離含固相（粒狀、結(jié)晶狀或短纖維狀），濃度5-6%，粒度范圍0.05-1.5毫米的懸浮液的分離。該系列離心機結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便，各操作工序可按要求任意調(diào)整，濾渣能得到充分洗滌，固相不易破損，適應(yīng)性強，由于采用刮刀下部卸料，減輕了勞動強度，廣泛用于化工、輕工、食品、制藥、冶金等行業(yè)。

[Main Features]

[ 結(jié)構(gòu)與原理 ]
調(diào)速電動機帶動轉(zhuǎn)鼓旋轉(zhuǎn)，調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)速至中速，物料由上部加入轉(zhuǎn)鼓經(jīng)布料盤均勻灑布到鼓壁，升至高速后，在離心力的作用下，液相穿過濾布和鼓壁孔排出，固相截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁內(nèi)，待轉(zhuǎn)鼓降至低速后，旋轉(zhuǎn)刮刀將固相從鼓壁刮下由離心機下部排出。
