  本機為三足式刮刀下部卸料、間歇操作、程序控制的過濾式自動離心機，可按使用要求設定程序，由液壓、電氣控制系統(tǒng)自動完成進料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工序，可實現(xiàn)遠、近距離操作；該機采用窄刮刀低速卸料，因此除廣泛用于含粒度0.05-0.15毫米固相顆粒的懸浮液分離外，特別適宜熱敏感性強，不允許晶粒破碎。操作人員不宜接近的物料的分離。該機具有自動化程度高、處理量大、分離效果好、運轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定、操作方便等優(yōu)點。
調(diào)速電動機帶動轉(zhuǎn)鼓中速旋轉(zhuǎn)，進料閥開啟將物料由進料管加入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，經(jīng)布料盤均勻灑布到鼓壁，進料達到預定容積后停止進料，轉(zhuǎn)鼓升至高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，在離心力作用下，液相穿過濾布和鼓壁濾孔排出。固相截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，轉(zhuǎn)鼓降至低速后，刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)往復動作，將固相從鼓壁刮下由離心機下部排出。
