  SB型系列離心機是我公司根據廣大用戶進行GMP規(guī)范改造而設計的全密閉離心機，電機由變頻控制（也可采用離合器）平穩(wěn)啟動，通過傳動系統(tǒng)帶動轉鼓繞其主軸線旋轉形成離心力場。加料轉速、清洗轉速，脫液轉速都可以在一定轉速（O-轉鼓zui高轉速）同任意選擇，在離心力場的作用下，料液被拋向轉鼓壁，液相經濾袋和轉鼓小孔進入機殼空間落到機身底盤上，經出液口排出，固相物料留在濾袋內。料液由加料管加入，洗滌水通過洗滌管加入，加料、洗滌可由專門的閥進行控制，物料脫水，洗滌完畢后停機，借助于特殊設計的平衡裝置，打開機蓋，將物料卸出。

配置氮氣保護系統(tǒng)，保證離心機內腔與外部空氣隔離。
