特性：

1.      V6臥式棒銷式砂磨機(jī)是瑯菱公司研發(fā)的大流量臥式砂磨機(jī)。該產(chǎn)品為新型產(chǎn)品，能滿足各類中高檔化工產(chǎn)品對(duì)細(xì)度指標(biāo)的要求。同時(shí)，產(chǎn)品粒徑分布極窄，研磨效率高、產(chǎn)量大，能降低能耗，產(chǎn)品細(xì)度可達(dá)到納米級(jí)以下。

2.      采用特殊大流量分離器，滿足生產(chǎn)所需的大流量多次研磨，流量是傳統(tǒng)機(jī)器的幾倍，分離器不容易磨損，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。可以使用0.05-0.1mm粒徑的研磨介質(zhì)，不會(huì)存在堵塞現(xiàn)象，適合研磨極難分散的材料，經(jīng)過研磨可達(dá)到*分撒的結(jié)果。

3.      采用多種冷卻措施，散熱性能好，適用于研磨熱敏感性產(chǎn)品。

4.      產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量再現(xiàn)性好，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不受循環(huán)流量的影響。

5.      帶冷卻液的雙端面機(jī)械密封，密封效果好無泄漏，采用能與物料相溶之液體作冷卻液使用，運(yùn)行可靠，確保產(chǎn)品不受污染。

6.      研磨白色產(chǎn)品不變色，對(duì)防金屬污染的產(chǎn)品可靈活搭配*不同材質(zhì)進(jìn)行超細(xì)研磨（如碳化鎢鋼、碳化硅材質(zhì)等）。

2.      Special pegs type structure design, transmitting much more kinetic energy to grinding media to enhance the impact and shear effect, reduce cost of energy.

4.      Patent big flow separator, the output capacity is bigger than traditional machines many times. Separator made from abrasive resistant steel, ensure long service life.
