主要應(yīng)用：需要產(chǎn)生高電壓快速脈沖的場(chǎng)合,例如：快速脈沖群發(fā)生器，泡克耳斯盒驅(qū)動(dòng)器，雷達(dá)調(diào)節(jié)器等。它擁有納秒級(jí)的的上升沿時(shí)間，能輸出較大脈沖電流。它與傳統(tǒng)的真空電子管相比，有速率高，輸出阻抗低，壽命長(zhǎng)，驅(qū)動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)單，功耗小等特點(diǎn)。

連接及操作：應(yīng)用時(shí)應(yīng)注意電源電壓不能高于5.5V以及極性不能接反,否則會(huì)有損壞電子開(kāi)關(guān)的危險(xiǎn)。為避免開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)產(chǎn)生過(guò)大的浪涌電流和保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)該限制電源電流在1A以下，或使用1A的供電電源供電。
在中間位置的三個(gè)引腳,它們?cè)趦?nèi)部連接到一起為開(kāi)關(guān)的高壓負(fù)極。另三個(gè)一排的引腳也是在內(nèi)部連接到一起為開(kāi)關(guān)的高壓正極。應(yīng)用時(shí)應(yīng)注意將它們分別連接到一起。
