The location of valve propotionally Controlled thru vairous signal from controller of PLC or PROCESS COMPUTER, So the transfer of feedback signal is possible.

Reversible Motor installed in GBV Series Actuator not only gives high torque by output but its saftey is reinforced with thermostsat built inside.
▣ Indicator
The location of valve can be accurately found in long distance by the indicator directly connected wuth the drive zxis and the condition of Open/Close.
▣ Heater
20W Heater is installed in actuator to protect any electric leakage from the moisture of motor and its various switches, which can be generated from Condensed water by the variaton of humidity and temperature.
▣ Sealing
Each part and connecting moving part are completely sealed by oring. Which prolongs the safety and durability of actuator.(IP65)
▣ Self locking
Rolled steel wormgear on aluminum bronze worm wheel self-locks to prevert valve back drive on control signal or power failure.
▣ Performance Mechanism
Powerful output torque of high efficiency and low noise is produced from motor output that gives out thru two shift worm gear.
▣ Manual Hａnd Wheel
When the power is failed. The drect drive handwheel shall be used for manual operation after switching by the sprong engaged pull handle.
