TM2480C/3000B低加溫真空覆膜機
特征:
電器控制系統(tǒng)采用中國臺灣臺達PLC觸摸屏控制，電器控制部件選用國內品牌，故障率低。
微電腦溫度控制儀，自動搜索溫度變化速度，從而調整加熱溫度，以達到精確控制溫度的目的。
采用遠紅外輻射系統(tǒng)加熱，加熱均勻，優(yōu)質保溫材料，節(jié)省能源，覆膜時上下同時加溫，提高了膠水活化溫度，粘結力更強，減少板件單面受熱的不良影響，減少板件變形。
使用變頻鏈條傳動系統(tǒng)，工作臺運行平穩(wěn)。
本機標準配用國內直聯(lián)真空泵，穩(wěn)定性良好，易于維護。（可選配德國進口真空泵，馬力強勁，故障率低）
雙真空罐，吸覆爆發(fā)力更強。
工作臺自帶加熱裝置，升溫效果更好。
Features:

The worktable runs smoothly by using frequency conversion chain drive system.
This machine is equipped with domestic top-grade direct vacuum pump, which is stable and easy to maintain. (German imported vacuum pump is optional, with strong horsepower and low failure rate)

可將各種PVC膜貼覆于家具、櫥柜、音響、工藝門、裝飾墻裙板等各種板式家具上，并可在家裝硅膠板后用于熱轉印膜和單面木皮的貼覆工作。
