適用范圍:
KL-200ZD是KL-286型系列切捆條機(jī)的配套機(jī)型，適用于各種布料、無紡布、泡棉、皮革、紙張、反光材料、醋酸布、補(bǔ)強(qiáng)帶、導(dǎo)電布等材料圓包裝及各種織物工切捆條前的重復(fù)打卷，能卷制成直紋或45度斜紋卷材。

配備特點(diǎn)：

（1）采用電子對(duì)邊裝置，使布匹等材料卷取后，布邊緣整齊一致，且可根據(jù)布料種類控制卷布的松緊度。

（2）配有米表自動(dòng)控制裝置，可精確計(jì)量布米長或碼長，并自動(dòng)控制。

（3）卷布速度可無級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)，并可正反轉(zhuǎn)控制及點(diǎn)動(dòng)自動(dòng)切換，生產(chǎn)效率高，節(jié)省人力，單人操作方便。

（4）斜紋卷布可在20度至70度之間調(diào)節(jié)。

（5）采用不銹鋼布桶，生銹，避免沾污布料。

該機(jī)可與CJ-286型切捆條機(jī)配套使用，可直接進(jìn)行布料的切條加工。

Application :
As a matching machine of Model KL-286 strip cutting machine, KL-200ZD is widely used in round packing of cloth, non-woven fabrics, foaming cotton, leather, paper, reflective materials, acetate cloth, reinforcing band and electric conduction cloth as well as the repeat rolling of fabrics stripping. It enables to roll it into vertical stripe or 45°twill.

Feature:

(4) Tweed cloth can be 20 degree to 70 degree in regulation.
(5) Adoption of stainless steel cloth bucket, which never rust, avoid contaminating cloth.
