一、概述Outline
QJ（N/T）Z型氣動偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)閥（或稱凸輪繞曲調(diào)節(jié)閥）由偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥，氣動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、閥門定位器、手輪機(jī)構(gòu)組成。
產(chǎn)品特點如下：
1.閥座磨損小，使用壽命長：球面閥芯回旋中心不與閥桿旋轉(zhuǎn)軸同心，可減少閥座磨損，延長控制閥壽命；
2.泄漏量?。洪y芯和閥座關(guān)閉時，閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力，使閥芯與閥座更加緊密牢固，大大地減小泄漏量；
3.執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)所需扭矩比球閥，蝶閥的小：該產(chǎn)品綜合了單座閥、球閥、蝶閥等控制閥的優(yōu)點，具有閥體流路簡單，流阻小、額定流量系數(shù)大，可調(diào)比大、泄漏量小，密封性能好及體積小，重量輕等特點，可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油石化，冶金，醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)的控制系統(tǒng)中。

二、結(jié)構(gòu)原理Structure principle
氣動偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥閥芯，閥桿作旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，所以調(diào)節(jié)閥在工作過程中所受摩擦力很小，當(dāng)閥芯和閥座相接觸關(guān)閉時，閥芯繞臂在執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推力作用下產(chǎn)生微小彈性變形及彈性漲緊力，使閥芯與閥座接觸更加緊密牢固，因此偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥泄漏量很小。同時關(guān)閉閥門所需的執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推力與球閥、蝶閥相比要小。另外在閥芯與上，下導(dǎo)向之間留有一定的間隙以確保閥芯能自動對中。
在偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥產(chǎn)品中，省去了閥蓋這一單獨零件，閥蓋與閥體鑄成一體，由于閥蓋較長，有足夠的散熱面積，故偏心旋轉(zhuǎn)閥的使用溫度為-40~+350℃。
