Engineering and manufacturing large capacity die handlers is a valued tradition at RICO. Our die handlers are considered to be the most efficient and versatile for handling dies and molds in the industry.

For quick die change efficiency and precise positioning of stamping dies into the press, these vehicles features individually controlled push/pull mechanism or push/pull mechanisms controlled in tandem. To accomplish optimum maneuverability these models also include power steering, power brakes, and SCR control.

VOLTAGE: 24 Volts DC.
CONTROLS: Stepless MOSFET Travel Controls for Maximum Efficiency, Reduced Maintenance and Precise Maneuvering.
DRIVE UNIT: All Gear Drive with all Gears Running in an Oil Bath for Maximum Reliability.
MOTORS: Series Wound High-Torque Drive Motor and Pump Motor for Reliability and Ease of Service.
DIE TABLE: Available in various lengths and widths to fit your application.
