安裝 INSTALLATION
氣候條件 CLIMATE CONDITION
按照以下條件安裝光伏組件 install the PV module in the following conditions:
環(huán)境溫度：-20℃ to +40℃。 Ambient temperature：-20℃ to +40℃.
工作溫度：-20℃ to +80℃。 Operating temperature：-20℃ to +80℃.
承受雪壓：小于2000Pa。 Snowfall pressure：below 2000 Pa.
承受風(fēng)壓：小于3000Pa。 Wind pressure：below 3000 Pa.
防水：不要將光伏組件浸泡水中或持續(xù)暴露在撒水裝置或噴泉下。                                Water resistance:don't install the PV module in a location where it world be immersed in water or continually exposed to water from a sprinkler or funtain etc.
防腐蝕：鹽蝕和硫化地區(qū)除外。
Corrosion resistance:except for corrosive salt area and sulfurous area.
方向 ORIENTION
組件安裝應(yīng)朝南（北半球）或朝北（南半球）。如果組件朝東或朝西只能發(fā)出相對(duì)少量的電能，不正確的安裝朝向?qū)?dǎo)致能量輸出損失。
串聯(lián)的光伏組件應(yīng)安裝在同一方向和角度，不同方向和角度安裝由于陽(yáng)光輻射的差異導(dǎo)致能量損失。
組件安裝避免陰影下。即使組件工廠通過(guò)旁路二極管降低能量損失，但陰影要引起能量輸出的損失。
install the PV modules facing South （in Northern Hemisphere）,or to North（in Southern Hemisphere）.Module facing West or East can generate a smaller amount of electricity than facing South（in Northern Hemisphere）,or to North（in Southern Hemisphere）.incorrect orientation will result in loss of power output.
PV modules connected in series should be installed at same orientation and angle.Different orientation or angle may cuse loss o output power due to difference of amount of sunlight exposed to the module.
Install the PV as free as possible from as possible from shading.Shading causes loss of output,even though the fctry fitted bypassdiode of the PV module will minimize any such loss.
安裝及注意事項(xiàng) MOUNTING AND MOTES
通過(guò)緊固件和組件安裝孔將組件固定在支架上
組件與支架和環(huán)境適當(dāng)接地。
組件安裝不要靠近火源或燃料。
安裝結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)能承受風(fēng)壓、雪壓等外力。
安裝結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)耐環(huán)境，選擇適當(dāng)材料和防腐處理。
高空安裝方法應(yīng)適當(dāng)。高空墜落可致死、致殘、和破壞。
禁止將組件拆卸、彎曲、堅(jiān)物沖擊、在上行走、拋扔等。
Using spring washers and flat washers to fasten the PV module to shelf.
Ground the PV module properly in accordance with mounting stucture and environment.
Note:not install the PV module near naked flame or flammable material.
Mounting structure should withstand forces from wind pressure and snowfall pressure etc.
Mounting structure should withstand environment.Select proper material and corrosive treament.
Use approproate methods to mount PV modules.Fall of modulea from high place will cause death, injury or damage.
Do not disassemble,bend,impact by sharp objects,walk on,and throw or drop etc.
接線及注意事項(xiàng)WIRING AND NOTES
組件有一對(duì)公母防水接頭。對(duì)于串聯(lián)電氣連接，前面組件的正極與下一塊組件的負(fù)極相連。將輸出電纜端與設(shè)備正確連接。接頭應(yīng)使用本公司提供的接頭。注意不能正負(fù)極短路。接頭需擰緊無(wú)間隙，否則間隙會(huì)導(dǎo)致火花。
The PV Module has a pair of male and female waterproof connectors.For a series electrical connection.connact positive（+） connector of the frist PV module to the nagative（-）connector of the following module.
Connection the output cable with equipment correctly.
The connectors and wires should be what our company correctly.
Do not short the positive and the negatve.
Be sure connector no gap between the insulators.In case there is a gap.a fire and/or an electrical shock may occur.
維護(hù) MAINTENANCE
安裝結(jié)構(gòu)緊固部分是否松動(dòng)，如果必要擰緊。
經(jīng)常檢查電纜連接、接地及接頭。
經(jīng)常用軟布清除表面灰塵和污垢。
更換組件應(yīng)使用同規(guī)格同類產(chǎn)品。
注意不得觸摸電線或接頭的裸露部分，如需要帶上絕緣裝置（如工具、手套）。
注意維修時(shí)將組件表面用布或其他材料覆蓋。在陽(yáng)光照射下組件產(chǎn)生高電壓有危險(xiǎn)。
Check if mounting structure is loose.Tighten the loose components again,if required.
Check connections of cables,grounding cables and connectors.
Clean the face often with soft cloth etc.
Changed module must be the same kind and type.
Do not touch live parts of cable and connectors.Use appropriate safety equipment（insulated tools,insulating gloves,etc.）,when touching them.
Cover the front surface of the PV module by an opaque cloth or other material when repairing.The PV module when exposed to sunlight generate high voltage and are dangerous.

本公司生產(chǎn)的太陽(yáng)電池組件質(zhì)保十年內(nèi)功率衰減小于等于10%，二十五年內(nèi)功率衰減小于等于20%。
The quality assurance is that power declines not exceed 10% in ten years and 20% in twenty-five years.
