模具控溫機(jī)

模具控溫機(jī)其工作原理是通過電熱絲加熱油，循環(huán)泵強(qiáng)制熱油循環(huán)，系統(tǒng)內(nèi)加裝換熱器，當(dāng)油溫高于設(shè)定溫度度換熱器開始工作進(jìn)行冷卻動作，當(dāng)油溫低于設(shè)定溫度時電熱絲進(jìn)行加熱動作，以達(dá)到恒溫的作用。
奧德機(jī)械生產(chǎn)的模具控溫機(jī)帶有英國WEST溫控器，P.I.D自動演算，算法先進(jìn)，并配備雙點(diǎn)控溫?zé)犭娕?，油溫精度控制在正?fù)1度，電熱絲采用瑞士防干燒電熱絲，*干燒，系統(tǒng)安全保護(hù)齊全，*著火。
