一、靠背靜力測試主要功能：

靠背靜力測試用于椅子背架耐久性及傾斜機械裝置兩種試驗。固定辦公椅的腳輪，對椅子靠背一定的力量、速度及規(guī)定測試作靠背動作，以評估產(chǎn)品之質(zhì)量。

二、靠背靜力測試技術(shù)參數(shù)：

1、推力裝置，行程可調(diào)zui大值：550mm

2、測試速度：10-30次/min （可以調(diào)速）

3、推力致動器用電機帶動上下高度推壓位置調(diào)節(jié)。

4、尺寸大小可適用于靠背的偏向測試（Bifma X 5.1 section 16.4）

5、電動元件采用中國臺灣“德洋”*伺服電機。

6、控制方法：“匯川”PLC可編程控制器 和大型LCD顯示屏
