ESX^®-LTplus

The ESX^®-LT Plus takes the functionality of the ESX^®-LT and adds additional I/O lines.

ESX^®-micro
The ESX^®-micro is designed for those small jobs where a large controller is not needed.  With the same processor power as an ESX^®but with only 10 I/O channels, this controller will serve you well as a stand alone controller or a remote I/O node.

ESX^®-C2C (eservice)
Vehicle communication starts and stops with the ESX^®-C2C.  No other controller manufacturer can offer the flexibility for remote communications available in the C2C.  With GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth, RS232, CANbus, and GPS receiver available, the ESX^®-C2C is designed to keep you in touch with your work force!

ESX^®DIOS & DIOM (I/O modules / CAN modules)
The ESX^®DIOS and DIOM are remote digital/pwm IO modules that elminate costly wiring in your system. Receiving CANOpen commands from a central controller, the modules manage the IO in 4 standard configurations.

ESX^®IOX (I/O modules / CAN modules)
The ESX IOX is one of the newest additions to our family of CAN bus I/O modules. This low-cost module is perfect for smaller applications with up to 28 I/O's.

ESX_®-C2C

now world wide available
 

The ESX^®-C2C module of the STW Group is now available with the “Quad-Band” modem and therefore compatiable with networks world wide.

The ESX^®-C2C eservice module is used in vehicles and machines, for example in agricultural, construction, industrial and municipal vehicles, where rough conditions and extreme environmental conditions are normal. Like all of the ESX^®product family, inputs and outputs are freely programmable. With the RS232- and CAN-Bus ports bridge- and gateway functions are readily implemented. Additionally, remote software updates of the vehicle control systems can be achieved via the ESX^®-C2C system.

Individually time stamped CAN messages and signals are captured and can be transferred via GSM/GPRS and for example be made available via the internet. Further options are GPS and Bluetooth modules.

The STW Group provides firmware for the ESX^®-C2C that enables monitoring and data logging systems to be implemented without additional programming. Users, service team and manufacturers of machines all have individual access rights, ensuring the integrity and safety of the vehicle network. e-diagnosis, automatic monitoring of work flows, navigation tasks, and performance management of machines are all feasible with ESX^®-C2C hardware and software packages.

With the new ‘Quad-Band’ modem, manufacturer of machines are able to offer a world wide eservice system for their vehicles.

Measuring and Sensor Technology
 

The STW Group supplies robust thin-film sensors for accurate force and pressure measurement and complete transmitters with thin-film, ceramic or silicon sensors. STW offers the three most important diaphragm types for the pressure measurement technology.

STW develops and manufactures customer specific sensors, complete measurement systems and a very cost-effective line of standard transmitters. In addition to the micro-structuring, coating of the thin-film sensor and the required electronics and housing, STW develops product specific hardware for installation and connection.
