主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：

GF系列塑料管材生產(chǎn)線主要用于生產(chǎn)農(nóng)用給排水、建筑給排水、電力電纜線纜鋪設(shè)等方面的各種管徑、壁厚的塑料PVC管材。該機(jī)組由錐形(平行)雙螺桿擠出機(jī)、真空定型臺、牽引機(jī)、切割機(jī)、翻料架等組成。

螺桿擠出機(jī)及牽引機(jī)采用進(jìn)口交流變頻調(diào)速裝置,真空泵及牽引電機(jī)均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。牽引機(jī)有二爪、四爪、六爪、八爪等牽引方式?？蛇x用鋸片切割式或行星切割式,另帶計長儀及增厚裝置，機(jī)組性能可靠、生產(chǎn)效率高。

本公司可以根據(jù)用戶的要求，配備專用裝置后生產(chǎn)內(nèi)壁螺旋管、內(nèi)壁空心管和芯層發(fā)泡管機(jī)組更換擠出機(jī)，可以生產(chǎn)PP、PE、 ABS、及PPR、PEX、硅芯管等其它物料管材。

行星切割機(jī)采用全自動電腦數(shù)控，具有操作方便，性能可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn),達(dá)到水平。

GF series plastic pipe material production line Is mainly used In the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc as well as Pvc pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness.

This machine group consists mainly of twin conical(parallel)screws extruder,vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc. single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied impeded A/C inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products. The drawing machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, etc.

Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied, It is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable,the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer bulpopipe, etc, it can also produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipe and pipe material of other material.

The planet-shaped cuttingmachine is fully automatic computer digital control, it has such advantages of simple operation, reliable property, etc. It has reached world advanced level.
