The valve is widely used in building material, metallurgy, chemical and glass industries etc to discharge at the bottom of storage. It is suitable for loosing material whose conglomeration specific gravity is less than 2.5t/m³ such as all kinds of ore, coal, coke, dust slag and chemical product.

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

Structure characteristic:

鄂式閘門(mén)采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳鋼焊接成形，結(jié)構(gòu)，運(yùn)行靈活可靠，無(wú)卡阻現(xiàn)象。配用不同的傳動(dòng)裝置能滿足不同的工況需要。電動(dòng)鄂式閘門(mén)采用帶有超載保護(hù)裝置的電動(dòng)推桿，可避免燒壞電機(jī)，可以遠(yuǎn)距離操縱或程序控制，往復(fù)行程可以精確調(diào)節(jié)位置自鎖。電液動(dòng)鄂式閘門(mén)采用電液推桿，全液壓傳動(dòng)，推拉力均可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速。氣動(dòng)鄂式閘門(mén)采用氣動(dòng)推桿，通過(guò)配件組合可以遠(yuǎn)距離操縱或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制。SEF為手動(dòng)，DEF為電動(dòng)，YEF為電液動(dòng)，QEF為氣動(dòng)。

The valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of peculiar structure, non-obstruction, reliable and flexible operation. It can meet different working condition equipped with different transmission devices. The electric draw stem is equipped with overload protector, which can avoid damage of motor. Program or remote handling can control the electric jaw valve. Reciprocating stroke can adjust position self-locking precisely. The electric hydraulic jaw valve adopts electric hydraulic draw stem and full hydraulic transmission. Thrust and pull can realize stepless velocity modulation. Pneumatic jaw valve adopts pneumatic draw stem and it can control remotely or in local equipped with fittings grouping. SEF denotes manual, DEF denotes electric, YEF denotes electric hydraulic and QEF denotes pneumatic driving.

工作原理：

鄂式閘門(mén)由本體、扇形閘板、軸、齒輪、密封副、執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)等部件構(gòu)成。手動(dòng)或執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)推動(dòng)搖桿，使齒輪帶動(dòng)扇形閘板沿軸心旋轉(zhuǎn)，使兩個(gè)扇形閘板向兩邊開(kāi)啟，物料隨即下落，待接料裝置滿載后，再由執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)搖桿，使扇形閘板復(fù)位，關(guān)閉截?cái)嘞侣涞奈锪稀?/span>

The valve is made up of body, sector gate, axle, gear, sealing pairs and actuator etc. when the rocker is driven by hａnd or the actuator device, it will drive the gear to make the sector gate rotate and open, then material drop. When the loader is full, the actuator will drive the rocker to replace the sector gate, and then the falling material will be cut off.

Usage explanation

l 安裝時(shí)請(qǐng)注意閘門(mén)本體上標(biāo)明介質(zhì)流向。兩法蘭連接時(shí)必需加密封墊片，然后均勻鎖緊螺栓。

l 運(yùn)行時(shí)請(qǐng)辨清扇形閘板開(kāi)關(guān)方向，執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)請(qǐng)正確接線。

l 運(yùn)行時(shí)請(qǐng)定期給各傳動(dòng)部位加潤(rùn)滑油。

l Pay attention to the flow direction of medium marked on the body. Add the sealed shim between the two flanges and then screw down the bolt.

l Pay attention to the open-close direction of the gate when operate. The actuator must be wired exactly.

l Add lubricant to the transmission parts regularly as it runs.
