　　涂層耐溶劑測(cè)定儀使用說明：

　　★接通電源，打開電源開關(guān)，按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求設(shè)定涂擦次數(shù)，按動(dòng)置數(shù)開關(guān)，使計(jì)數(shù)顯示設(shè)定值，然后按動(dòng)啟動(dòng)開關(guān)，儀器將開始工作，（若打開電源后，有數(shù)值顯示，請(qǐng)按復(fù)位開關(guān)）計(jì)數(shù)顯示開始工作，到設(shè)定值時(shí)，儀器自動(dòng)停止工作，若需要中途停機(jī)，按動(dòng)暫停開關(guān)即停。

　　★按動(dòng)復(fù)位開關(guān)將刷子臂連同部件卸下，取出試樣，目測(cè)擦洗處是否有顯露內(nèi)層（即是否有露底）現(xiàn)象以三塊試樣中性能**差著為試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

　　Instructions for coating solvent resistance tester:

　　★Turn on the power,turn on the power switch,set the number of rubbing times according to the standard requirements,press the set switch to make the count display the set value,ａnd then press the start switch,the instrument will start to work(if there is a value after turning on the power Display,please press the reset switch)The counting display starts to work.When the set value is reached,the instrument will automatically stop working.If you need to stop midway,press the pause switch to stop.

　　★Press the reset switch to remove the brush arm and its components,remove the sample,ａnd visually inspect the scrubbing area to reveal whether the inner layer(that is,whether there is a bottom)is exposed.The performance of the three samples is the worst.

　　涂層耐溶劑測(cè)定儀注意事項(xiàng)：

　　★儀器在正常工作中，計(jì)數(shù)器不得隨意設(shè)定。

　　★儀器應(yīng)水平放置后方可作試驗(yàn)。

　　★儀器使用較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后應(yīng)將儀器上蓋部件拆開，向變速箱內(nèi)注入機(jī)油。在兩導(dǎo)杠的油孔中亦注入機(jī)油，但不應(yīng)過量。

　　★試驗(yàn)完畢后，應(yīng)將剩余溶劑倒出，其余部分擦洗干凈，以防生銹。

　　Note for coating solvent resistance tester:

　　★In normal operation of the instrument,the counter must not be set arbitrarily.

　　★The instrument should be placed horizontally before testing.

　　★After using the instrument for a long time,the upper cover parts of the instrument should be disassembled,ａnd oil should be injected into the gearbox.Oil is also injected into the oil holes of the two guide bars,but it should not be excessive.

　　★After the test is completed,the remaining solvent should be poured out,ａnd the rest should be scrubbed to prevent rust.
