　　適用于測定瀝青混合料在規(guī)定溫度和加載速率時(shí)劈裂破壞或處于彈性階段的力學(xué)性質(zhì)，亦可供瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)選擇瀝青混合料力學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)及評(píng)價(jià)瀝青混合料低溫抗裂性能時(shí)使用。試驗(yàn)溫度與加載速率可由當(dāng)?shù)貧夂驐l件根據(jù)試驗(yàn)?zāi)康幕蛴嘘P(guān)規(guī)定選用，但試驗(yàn)溫度不得高于30℃，如無特殊規(guī)定，宜采用試驗(yàn)溫度15℃±0.5℃,加載速率為50mm/min。當(dāng)用于評(píng)價(jià)瀝青混合料低溫抗裂性能時(shí)，宜采用試驗(yàn)溫度-10℃±0.5℃及加載速率1mm/min。

　　SYD-0716 Asphalt Mixture Split Tester Application:

　　It is suitable for measuring the mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures at the specified temperature and loading rate during splitting failure or in the elastic phase.It can also be used when designing asphalt pavement structure design parameters and evaluating the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixtures.The test temperature and loading rate can be selected by local climatic conditions according to the test purpose or relevant regulations,but the test temperature must not be higher than 30°C.If there is no special requirement,the test temperature should be 15°C±0.5°C,ａnd the loading rate is 50mm/min.When used to evaluate the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixtures,the test temperature of-10℃±0.5℃ａnd the loading rate of 1mm/min should be used.

　　SYD-0716瀝青混合料劈裂試驗(yàn)儀本方法測定時(shí)采用瀝青混合料的泊松比μ值如表1所示，其它試驗(yàn)溫度的μ值由內(nèi)插法決定。本方法也可由試驗(yàn)實(shí)測的垂直變形及水平變形計(jì)算實(shí)際的μ值，但計(jì)算的μ值必須在0.2~0.5范圍內(nèi)。

　　試驗(yàn)溫度（℃）≤10 15 20 25 30泊松比μ值0.25 0.30 0.35 0.40 0.45本方法采用的圓柱體試件應(yīng)符合下列要求：

　　A大粒徑不超過26.5mm（圓孔篩30mm）時(shí)，用馬歇爾標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擊實(shí)法成型的直徑為φ101.6mm±0.25mm試件，高為63.5mm±1.3mm。

　　從輪碾機(jī)成型的板塊試件或道路現(xiàn)場鉆取直徑φ100mm±2mm或φ150mm±2.5mm，高為40mm±5mm的圓柱體試件。

　　SYD-0716 Asphalt Mixture Split Tester The Poisson's ratioμvalue of the asphalt mixture used in this method is shown in Table 1.Theμvalues of other test temperatures are determined by interpolation.This method can also calculate the actualμvalue from the measured vertical deformation and horizontal deformation,but the calculatedμvalue must be in the range of 0.2~0.5.

　　When the large particle size of A is not more than 26.5mm(round hole sieve 30mm),the test piece with a diameter ofφ101.6mm±0.25mm formed by Marshall's standard compaction method is 63.5mm±1.3mm high.

　　Cylinder test pieces with a diameter ofφ100mm±2mm orφ150mm±2.5mm and a height of 40mm±5mm were drilled from the plate test piece formed by the wheel mill or the road site.

　　SYD-0716瀝青混合料劈裂試驗(yàn)儀儀具與材料：

　　試驗(yàn)機(jī)：能保持規(guī)定加載速率的材料試驗(yàn)機(jī)，也可采用馬歇爾試驗(yàn)儀。試驗(yàn)機(jī)負(fù)荷應(yīng)滿足A大測定荷載不超過其量程的80%且不小于其量程的20%的要求，宜采用40kN或60kN傳感器，讀數(shù)精密度為10N。

　　恒溫水箱：能保持溫度為—18℃，當(dāng)缺乏專用的恒溫冰箱時(shí)，可采用家用電冰箱的冷凍室代替，控溫準(zhǔn)確度為2℃。恒溫水槽：用于試件保溫，溫度范圍能滿足試驗(yàn)要求，控溫準(zhǔn)確度為0.5℃。

　　壓條：上下各一根，試件直徑100mm時(shí)，壓條寬度為12.7mm，內(nèi)側(cè)曲率半徑50.8mm，壓條兩端均應(yīng)磨圓。

　　劈裂試驗(yàn)夾具：下壓條固定在夾具上，壓條可上下自由活動(dòng)。

　　其它：塑料袋、卡尺、天平、記錄紙、膠皮手套等。

　　SYD-0716 Asphalt Mixture Splitting Tester Apparatus and Materials:

　　Testing machine:a material testing machine capable of maintaining a specified loading rate,ａnd a Marshall tester can also be used.The load of the testing machine should meet the requirements that the large A measurement load does not exceed 80%of its range and not less than 20%of its range.A 40kN or 60kN sensor should be used with a reading accuracy of 10N.

　　Constant temperature water tank:can maintain the temperature of-18°C.When a dedicated constant temperature refrigerator is not available,the freezer of a household refrigerator can be used instead.The accuracy of temperature control is 2°C.Constant temperature water tank:It is used for the insulation of the test piece.The temperature range can meet the test requirements,ａnd the temperature control accuracy is 0.5°C.

　　Beads:one each for the upper and lower,when the diameter of the test piece is 100mm,the width of the bead is 12.7mm,ａnd the inner radius of curvature is 50.8mm.Both ends of the bead should be rounded.

　　Split test fixture:The lower bead is fixed on the fixture,ａnd the bead can move up and down freely.

　　Others:plastic bags,calipers,balances,recording paper,rubber gloves,etc.
