　　乳化瀝青粘結(jié)力測定儀試驗(yàn)步驟：

　　★將初凝后的試件置于粘結(jié)力試驗(yàn)儀的氣動橡膠墊下面，放置15分鐘。

　　★將氣動橡膠墊底座壓在試件上面，用自行車氣筒或空氣壓縮機(jī)向儀器加壓。

　　★當(dāng)儀器壓力表達(dá)到0.72Mpa時(shí)，保持此壓力，此時(shí)橡膠底座對試件的壓力為193Kpa。

　　★達(dá)到壓力并保持不變后，將測扭矩扳手測力表歸零并套住氣缸上端，在0.7-1秒內(nèi)平穩(wěn)、水平地扭轉(zhuǎn)90-120度，并讀取扭矩儀讀數(shù)。

　　★升起橡膠底座，并擦干凈底部待下次測試。

　　★此后每隔15分鐘重復(fù)上述步驟。

　　★當(dāng)固化時(shí)間較長時(shí)，間隔時(shí)間可延長到30分鐘重復(fù)試驗(yàn)一次。

　　★重復(fù)試驗(yàn)直至達(dá)到A大扭矩，且此扭矩為定值時(shí)為止。

　　★記錄達(dá)到大扭矩時(shí)的時(shí)間即固化時(shí)間，固化時(shí)間加上初凝時(shí)間**是稀漿混合料的‘早期開放交通時(shí)間’

　　Test steps of emulsified asphalt adhesion tester:

　　★Place the test specimen after the initial setting under the pneumatic rubber pad of the adhesion tester and leave it for 15 minutes.

　　★Press the pneumatic rubber pad base on the test piece,ａnd press the instrument with a bicycle pump or air compressor.

　　★When the pressure of the instrument reaches 0.72Mpa,keep this pressure.At this time,the pressure of the rubber base on the test piece is 193Kpa.

　　★After reaching the pressure and keeping the same,reset the torque wrench force gauge to zero and cover the upper end of the cylinder,twist it smoothly and horizontally by 90-120 degrees within 0.7-1 seconds,ａnd read the torque meter reading.

　　★Raise the rubber base and wipe the bottom clean for the next test.

　　★Repeat the above steps every 15 minutes thereafter.

　　★When the curing time is longer,the interval time can be extended to 30 minutes and the test is repeated.

　　★Repeat the test until a large torque is reached and this torque is a fixed value.

　　儀器長期不使用，每半個(gè)月將活塞桿上下活動，如活塞過緊，需加潤滑機(jī)油。測扭矩版搜也需每月轉(zhuǎn)動幾次。
