SNS 系列 N4000A 是一款 10 MHz 至 18 GHz 噪聲源，額定 ENR 為 6 dB。N4000A 噪聲源專為精確測(cè)量低噪聲系數(shù)器件，或增益對(duì)信號(hào)源阻抗的微小變化非常敏感的器件而設(shè)計(jì)。利用該器件可精確可靠地測(cè)量噪聲系數(shù)高達(dá) 20 dB 的被測(cè)件。N4000A 噪聲源可選用多種連接器，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置是 APC 3.5 毫米（陽頭）連接器。
SNS series N4000A is a 10 GHz to 18 MHz noise source, rated at ENR 6 dB. N4000A noise source is designed for the accurate measurement of low noise coefficient devices, or the gain of small changes in the signal source impedance is very sensitive to the device design. By using this device, the measured part can be used to measure the noise figure up to 20 dB. N4000A noise source can choose a variety of connectors, standard configuration is APC 3.5 mm (positive) connector.
